Poké Ball Holo
A Poké Ball holo is a reverse-holo pattern of repeating Poké Balls, used instead of the standard reverse foil in the Japanese 151 set and later Japanese sets.
The Poké Ball holo covers the card body in a shimmering pattern of tiny Poké Balls. Introduced in the Japanese Pokémon Card 151 (SV2a) set, it serves as that set's standard reverse holo treatment, and the pattern has reappeared in later Japanese sets.
Poké Ball holos are the common variant of the pair — the same cards also exist with the much scarcer Master Ball pattern. Even so, Poké Ball versions of popular Pokémon carry a premium over plain prints because the pattern is distinctive and tied to nostalgic sets. When comparing listings, make sure you know which pattern is pictured; sellers sometimes label both simply as "reverse holo."
